CONTEST RULES – EXTERNAL
The EASTER EGG HUNT – GRAND PRIZE contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by MILLSTREAM VILLAGE (collectively, the “Sponsor”).

1. CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest commences at 8:00 AM (PDT) on MARCH 20TH, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (PDT) on APRIL 6TH, 2026.
2. ELIGIBILITY
To enter and be eligible to win, each entrant must:
• Be a legal resident of Canada.
• Be at least 19 years of age.
• Not be an employee or immediate family member of the Sponsor.
3. HOW TO ENTER
No purchase necessary. To participate:
• Scan the Contest QR Code.
• Enter the required contact information.
• Submit the entry ("Contest Entry").
Note: There is no maximum entry limit per person. Entries must not contain inappropriate material or violate privacy rights.
4. PRIZE
• One (1) prize available.
• Total estimated retail value of $1,000 CAD.
• Prize consists of multiple gift cards from selected stores at Millstream Village Shopping Centre.
• Prize must be accepted as awarded; no cash substitutions.
5. WINNER SELECTION
• Draw Date: APRIL 7TH, 2026 at approximately 2:00 PM (PDT).
• Winners will be contacted via email, phone, or social media within 10 days.
• Potential winners must confirm acceptance within 48 hours of notification.
6. AWARDING OF THE PRIZE
To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must:
• Correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.
• Sign a Declaration and Release form.
• Pick up the prize in person at: 2401 Millstream Rd, Victoria, BC V9B 3R5.
7. RELEASE & PUBLICITY
By entering, participants release the Sponsor from liability. Winners consent to the use of their name, photo, or submission for marketing purposes without further compensation.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Sponsor is not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost data, or injuries resulting from participation. Any attempt to undermine the contest may be subject to legal action.
9. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION
The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or amend the Contest or the Rules at any time without prior notice.
